I came across Violets Cleaning Services on Google when trying to find someone who could clean/repair area rugs. We had just received 3 area rugs, ranging in size from small to large, from a family member. The largest is 50+ years old and was handmade by another family member. So it had the most sentimental value. Mrs. Patricia and her husband came to my home the same day I called her. They were professional, courteous, and fair. They took all 3 rugs and returned them a week later, looking practically brand new! The largest had several holes in it. These were fixed! They had to wash the largest 3 times before the water ran clear. No extra charge for that. Overall, I would 100% use this cleaning service again. Be it for my home or future area rugs.
