I came across Violets Cleaning Services on Google when trying to find someone who could clean/repair area rugs. We had just received 3 area rugs, ranging in size from small to large, from a family member. The largest is 50+ years old and was handmade by another family member. So it had the most sentimental value. Mrs. Patricia and her husband came to my home the same day I called her. They were professional, courteous, and fair. They took all 3 rugs and returned them a week later, looking practically brand new! The largest had several holes in it. These were fixed! They had to wash the largest 3 times before the water ran clear. No extra charge for that. Overall, I would 100% use this cleaning service again. Be it for my home or future area rugs. Attached are the rugs after. I wish I had taken before pictures to show how dark and dirty they were! ~ Parker L
Violets Cleaning Services are simply the best. Not only did they do an incredibly thorough cleaning, they took so much care in the details. They found sentimental items that hadn’t been seen in years and arranged them beautifully, erased stains that have been there for decades, and really put so much effort to make the house feel like a home. Ours was a last minute call for a big job, but they were able to schedule us in immediately. Violets Cleaning went above and beyond our expectations, really worked from the heart, and all for a fair price - I fully recommend them for the best clean, by the best people. ~ Chase
